The information provided in the first quotation should be read for discrepancies, as it acts as a first acknowledgement of details; failing to do so may have misconstrued service details.

Light Feather Studios banking details would be provided ONLY with the initial quotation document; upon reading and agreeing to the provided details and Light Feather Studios terms & conditions, would the client pay the first 50% deposit (unless stated otherwise).

For weddings or dealings with private parties, a deposit of 50% must be PAID UPFRONT through means guided in the official document to secure the team for the event date(s) unless stated otherwise. Failure to do so may result in a no-show from the team.

Any deposit made by private parties to book the team for a specific date(s) is non-refundable. Though in the event of a date transfer, it is transferable upon team availability.

Dealings with corporate or business entities will adhere with client(s) company policy(ies) and an official Invoice will be incurred after the service(s) is rendered. However, an official #PO ( Purchase order number ) is needed and referred to the said official quotation for the service(s) to begin rendering.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances caused by natural disasters, or an act of god that disallows the team to perform their duties on the said date, the no-refund clause is negligible. Not limited to floods, earthquakes, typhoons or accidents that may cause grave injury to the team.

The hour(s) stated in the document ( official quotation ) is non negotiable. Any untoward extensions would result in an additional overtime fee surcharge(s).

Usage of drone to capture video is only available upon the condition of the weather, and surrounding airspace.

Conditions such as high winds, cloudy weather with oncoming or recently passed rain , audible thunders, high foliage surroundings ( high and low trees) shot prioritization of the main persons unless specified otherwise. In the event of the listed situations or similar, we have the right to refuse drone service.

Timing and conditions of use during the day(s) of the event(s) are decided upon the pilot or cinematographer commanding it.

In the event that the drone cannot be used on the day, there is a no refund and no return to site policy.

Light Feather Studios will NOT incur the cost of the drone in the event of an occurrence of a crash, or mishandling of unit during the time of operation towards the client.

If in the day of the event(s) the drone is not capable to be used due to weather, Light Feather Studios will NOT return on a separate day to reshoot the location, though if required, a service fee will be incurred. ( Rm 400 / 30 mins )

Song selection will be decided ONLY by the editor(s). However, we welcome client(s) sharing their preference, but using it or not is entirely up to the editor(s).

For the case of Same Day edits and highlights, the edit is final and there will be no offer for amendments.

In the event of the need of amendments, the decision will be judged and decided by the editor alone.

For wedding photography and cinematography works, no skin smoothening or works that require fine editting is provided , even while it’s possible, the budget we incur does not include such services. It would remain solely as fine tuning services

LFS does not store or archive the raws past 24 months , any grievances or discrepancies should be voiced out within the period of the event .

In the event of theft of any Light Feather Studios’ equipment(s) on day on duty, the client will NOT be incurred with the cost of the piece of equipment. However, if it is to the extent of not being able to perform midway of the event period; there will be NO REFUND of the first 50% deposit.
